This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions to The Lost. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Subscription payments for The Lost are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as merchant of record. Your receipt and payment method on file are managed through Paddle. Black Eye Media is the seller of the Service.
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you select (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Prices, plan limits, and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period when you cancel mid-cycle.
You may be entitled to a refund where consumer protection law requires it (for example, certain statutory cooling-off periods in your jurisdiction). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under law, contact us using the support email on our app store listing and include your account email and transaction details.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app customer portal (Manage subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
After cancellation, your account reverts to free-tier limits when the paid period ends. Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel billing — cancel the subscription in the portal first.
If you have a billing issue, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of Service access while the dispute is reviewed.
